Do you charge hourly or by the job?
We have a minimum fee of $99 to perform any service. On top of our minimum fee we have a sort of “services menu” – We’ll quote the job based on the number of services and that is what you pay regardless of time spent. That way you never need to worry if we’re “taking too much time” You will know exactly what to pay before we begin.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Russellville Arkansas and surrounding cities. If you’re more that 15 minutes from downtown Russellville we may charge a trip fee in addition to our minimum which is $15.
Do you offer free estimates?
We’ll provide an estimate over the phone based on a description of the services you need performed. We may need to see pictures that you can text or email us to provide a more accurate estimate in some cases. If we need to come on site, we will require our minimum fee.
What types of plumbing work do you do?
We work on fixtures like sinks, shower heads, water spouts, toilets and bathtubs. We also can clear clogs, fix leaks and more. We’re not plumbers but can pick up the smaller jobs where a licensed plumber is not needed.
Do you do emergency calls?
Generally no. If there is an emergency with electrical or plumbing needs you should call a licensed electrician or plumber.
In the case you think it’s something a handyman can handle, you’re welcome to reach out, but we try to keep to scheduled work during normal business hours.
Is there a type of job that you do not do?
We handle a wide range of repairs and improvements, but we don’t take on work that requires a licensed professional for electrical or plumbing.
We also follow Arkansas state law for handymen which includes not taking on jobs where the cost of materials and labor exceed $2000.
